Folktable’s ingredients come from neighboring Tank House Farms, a collection of agricultural properties in the Sonoma Valley joined together for regenerative farming.

With varieties of organic produce grown for local distribution, not mass-production, as well as ethically raised livestock and minimal waste, we are benefiting the land we call home and offering maximal flavor in every bite.
